FAQ

What is the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?

Iced Coffee is NOT cold brew - first and foremost. Iced coffee is coffee that has been brewed (which introduces the acidic taste), that is then poured over ice. Cold brew coffee does not use heat, so the acidic flavor is never introduced to the coffee.

There is a BIG difference in taste and acidity between iced and cold brew coffee.

Will the filter bags fall apart when steeping?

Our proprietary filter bags are designed to standup to the steeping process. Of course, if you leave your bags in for several days, they might begin to deteriorate. But for a nice tasting brew, follow the directions for water ratios and steeping time (12 - 24 hours).
